East Ayrshire Leisure is happy to announce that the Burns House Museum and Nance Tinnock’s will once again be open as part of the annual Mauchline Holy Fair. Access is free, and in addition to the interesting and important collections on display, we are pleased to be able to display the original Session Book of Mauchline Parish Kirk, which features the signatures of Robert Burns and Jean Armour from 1786. Also on display is a pair of rarely seen chalices presented to Reverend William Auld, Minister of the Kirk in 1777.
