You are welcome to visit our libraries and have a look around or use the reference services. If you would like to borrow items or use our computers, you need to become a member, which is free and easy to do.
Membership forms are available from any community library, or you can also download them from this page.
Adults should complete the form and return it with two forms of ID to their community library. One form of ID must contain your name and address and the other your signature. If you have a photographic driving licence, this will be sufficient to cover both requirements.
Young people's membership has to be guaranteed by a parent/guardian, who must show ID if they are not a current member.
Each new member will receive a library card which can be used in any community library.
For details on how much you can borrow and loan periods, please follow the links on the books and reading page.
