East Ayrshire Leisure host a number of fitness classes in a wide range of facilities. A full list can be found in our What's On section by using the link on the right. All levels of fitness welcome.
In-house classes are:
Pedal Power – Nothing beats an indoor cycling class for a low-impact, high-intensity fitness workout while burning 400-600 calories.
Bodycore – the platforms have been designed to allow functional training, each user may get a different benefit of working with the platforms, more effective, more efficient training and improved blood circulation.
Circuits - Circuit training is an excellent way to improve mobility, strength and stamina
Aqua Zumba – Integrating the Zumba dance class with the traditional aqua fitness for Aqua Zumba, water based workout that’s cardio - conditioning, body toning and most of all exhilarating.
A number of sessions are run by external fitness instructors and marked external: however, you can contact the facility and they will happily give you further details or put you in touch with the organiser.
