New Look Cafe Opening Soon
East Ayrshire Leisure is pleased to announce that Servest Food Co. have recently been awarded the contract to operate the café at Dean Castle Country Park from the end of September 2017.The café is undergoing refurbishment as part of the park’s major redevelopment project and this gives visitors an all-new food offer alongside the newly improved facilities. The new look café, complete with a new mezzanine level, will be surrounded by glass to allow views out over the country park and a new decking area for al-fresco dining during the summer months.
Servest Food Co.’s John Fleming, Executive Chef for Scotland, will be overseeing the revamped menu, which will have a strong emphasis on quality and provenance. In addition to an exciting new menu, Servest Food Co. will also be bringing in their artisan coffee brand Groundhouse – offering an organic and ethically-sourced range of coffees. As part of the contract, Servest will also be providing food for the many events that take place at Dean Castle Country Park throughout the year.
