John Burnside is the multi award-winning internationally renowned Scottish poet and novelist whose work explores fundamental spiritual and ecological issues about the nature of our dwelling on earth.

Burnside is also a prolific prose-writer. His first novel The Dumb House came out in 1997, and he has since published a further seven novels, three collections of short stories and two memoirs including the critically acclaimed A Lie About My Father for which he won the Saltire Award.

Don’t miss this rare opportunity to hear a master of his craft discuss and read from his work!

"The way that Burnside layers these stories is masterful, and becomes a meditation on storytelling itself." ~
