Annanhill Golf Course, an 18-hole course situated on the outskirts of Kilmarnock is open to residents and visitors alike. Set in the scenic surroundings of Annanhill Estate, the 5954 yard parkland course has a par of 71 and has something to delight and challenge all players from beginners to seasoned pros.
The feature 13th hole is reminiscent of the famous "Postage Stamp" at Royal Troon, the par three is played across a valley to a raised, small green heavily guarded by bunkers. The course’s other holes feature tree-lined fairways that are fairly wide, so wayward shots are not too greatly punished!
Offering a unique playing experience and new to Annanhill, our new state of the art golf boards are available for hire. An easy-to-ride fully electric vehicle that adds a whole new level of fun and excitement which also allow for a quicker round of golf. Golfers of all ages can now "Surf the Earth" from shot-to-shot. Annanhill is one of only 2 courses in Scotland to offer golf boards for hire. Check them out in the video below

Season Tickets (for adults aged 18 years and over) are on sale and are valid from 1 April 2024 - 31 March 2025.
Memberships can be purchased ONLINE or contact the Starter's Office on 01563 521512 from 1st March. Please take a moment to read our FAQ's prior to purchasing as they have some useful links for setting up an online account for purchases. Payment and tee off times for Pay and Play can also be made by telephoning the Starter’s Office on 01563 521512. A round will cost £22/£12 concession. Update to works carried out on the course
1st hole: The medal tee box has been stripped, levelled and re-turfed and the new green is coming on well. The structure of the green is now established and turf will be laid on 11th March. The green will require time to establish and lots of aftercare but we're hopeful it will be ready for play in the summer.
5th hole: A new pond has been introduced on the 5th fairway and this has worked well to solve the drainage issue. Once planting around the outside of the pond has matured, the fence will be removed.
7th hole: the left hand bunker has been replaced with a grass bunker. The bunkers on the right have been crowned and revetted, improving the appearance and opening up the green. A further pond has been added, successfully dealing with previous drainage issues on this hole and drainage has now been connected over multiple holes.
9th hole: a new tee box has been created on the existing white tee area. The Yellow tee box has been moved into the corner to make this a par 5. This will help with tee management and remove any safety concerns about balls coming over from the 8th green.
10th hole: a ditch and bund has been created along the full course boundary. This will help define 'out of bounds' on the hole and help with drainage issues. There have been 2000 trees planted along the bund to create a wildlife corridor and help separate the golf course from the neighbouring path. We would remind season ticket holders that they should not enter or exit the golf course from the 10th hole.
11th hole: the right hand bunker has been crowned and revetted to help eradicate the animal damage.
12th hole: A new tee area has been created for the red tee box.
Course signage: New tee signs will be installed over the coming weeks. These have been upgraded and will now be made from a wood effect plastic - more suited to our weather. We will also install new tee box markers that are made from granite over the next few weeks.
There will be new fairway distance markers on the par 4’s & 5’s to indicate; 200yrds, 150yrds & 100yrds. These will also be installed in the coming weeks. Also, look out for new hole names and some interpretation on the tee signs.
Path network: The path network is now complete. The circular path measures 1mile in length. Wild flower meadows will be created in areas along the path. There will also be signage to help direct and educate path users about wildlife and guidance on how to cross the golf course whilst it is in play.
