Get Fit for Free in March

Trying to get fit but not sure what classes to try?

East Ayrshire Leisure is offering free classes at some of our facilities throughout March (Mon 4 March until Fri 29 March) so why not come along and give them a go?

 

Give BodyToning Mondays a try at the Hunter Fitness Suite  - the sessions are designed to tone the whole body & improve muscular endurance; using a combination of exercises utilising body weight and a weighted bar to suit the individual. Suitable for all abilities. Mondays 1 – 1.45PM


If a high-energy fitness class is your thing BodyAttack Tuesdays at Stewarton Sport Centre will show you the moves! BodyAttack combines athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. The instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 730 calories per session and leaving you with a sense of achievement. For total beginners to total addicts -Tuesdays 6.45 – 7.30PM

 

Metafit Wednesday at Loudon Leisure Centre will get your blood pumping with a 30-minute bodyweight training class. Working at high intensity intervals, the aim is to increase metabolism by firing major muscle groups in action, short, sharp sessions. Wednesdays 6.45 - 7.15PM.

 

Join us for Functional Training Friday at the William McIlvanney Leisure Centre. Sessions combine the best of Bar Strength, Step and HIIT classes into one unique fitness experience. Perfect for strength and endurance. Fridays 5.30 – 6.15PM
