Get ready for Roon the Toon with 10 Weeks to 10K

Whether you want to run your very first 10k or you’ve taken a break for running and are ready to get going again, let’s get ready for Roon the Toon together.

The Ayrshire Athletics Arena is running a 10 week fitness program to get you ready for Kilmarnock’s annual road race.

Running Group: Meet like-minded people and watch your distance increase as you follow this structured program with an instructor-led group.

- 28 February – 2 May

- Tuesdays 5.15 – 6pm

- 10 weeks for £24.80 or pay-as-you-go for £3.10 per session

- Ages 16yrs

Strength & Flex: This 45-minute weekly session complements our Tuesday running group with strength and flexibility exercises and training advice to help you achieve your targets.

- 11 March – 29 April

- Saturdays 10.30 – 11.45am

- Pay-as-you-go for £4.20 per session (prices subject to change after 1 April)

- Ages 16yrs
