Libraries

Our local libraries are open and we offer a mobile library service but if you can't visit in person, don't forget you can also access thousands of free eBooks and eAudiobooks from BorrowBox and eMagazines & eNewspapers on the Libby app.  Download the app from the App Store or Google Play. We've just added a whole range of new eBooks and eAudiobooks so there are even more titles and authors to discover.
Alternatively, Borrowbox and Libby can be accessed from your PC or laptop via our online catalogue - just sign in using your membership number. If you're not currently a library member, but would like to use this free service; drop into your local library for more information and to get signed up, to apply for a membership or for access to Borrowbox OR contact us online if you can't come in in person.

We have partnered with Sensory Impaired Support Group to provide batteries for hearing aid users. Batteries are available to be collected at  the Dick Institute, Auchinleck, Stewarton, Mauchline, Drongan and Newmilns libraries and the Mobile Libraries.
