Libraries

If you missed our World Book Day celebrations on Thurs 4th March, you can still catch David Ross in conversation with George Paterson about David's latest book 'There's Only One Danny Garvey' below. Music by Teenage Fan Club.

Our libraries will remain closed until lockdown restrictions allow us to re-open however the mobile library is out on the road offering a Reserve & Collect service. No fines will be incurred during this period of closure.

Don't forget you can also access thousands of free eBooks and audiobooks from BorrowBox and eMagazines on the RBDigital app.  Download the app from the App Strore or Google Play. We've just added a whole range of new ebooks and audiobooks so there are even more titles and authors to discover.

Alternatively, Borrowbox and RBDigital can be accessed from your PC or laptop via our online catalogue - just sign in using your membership number. If you're not currently a library member, but would like to use this free service, contact us via Facebook or Twitter @EAlibraries for more information.  Existing members who need to check their membership numbers can also do so in this way.

**For our local hearing aid users**

Whilst 'Action On Hearing Loss' are currently unable to provide their local community drop-in service at our libraries, there is a hearing aid battery service available by post. If you need a replacement, please email heartohelp.ayrshire@hearingloss.org.uk or Tel/text  07391 017781
