Following UK Government and Scottish Government advice on measures to prevent the slow spread of the Coronavirus, we have made the decision to close all our venues from 12 noon on Wednesday 18 March.

East Ayrshire has some of the most beautiful open spaces in South West Scotland with rich and varied countryside offering a wealth of opportunity for leisure activities including one of Scotland’s most visited Country Parks. 

Whether it’s walking through open remote moorland or shaded river gorges, spotting some of Scotland’s iconic birds and wildlife, getting involved in conservation, cycling, horse riding, photography or simply exploring areas of natural interest, East Ayrshire has something for you.

Explore spectacular and varied landscape over a range of different terrains and discover some of the most fantastic scenery that Ayrshire has to offer. With over 700kms of path network, we have routes suitable for all leisure pursuits.

East Ayrshire Leisure is committed to maintaining free open access to all of the open spaces in its ownership and would encourage everyone to make the most of what’s on their doorstep – East Ayrshire is just waiting to be enjoyed!!
