Free Health Checks
Come along to have a friendly chat about healthier lifestyle choices. We offer checks for:
Blood Pressure
We check blood pressure to notice undiagnosed high blood pressure that can lead to a heart attack or stroke.
Weight
Maintaining a healthy weight will lower you risk of developing certain conditions and reduce pressure on joints and bones.
BMI & Body Fat Percentage
We also check weight and body fat levels as being overweight and high body fat has been linked to many health conditions such as heart attack, diabetes, cancer, stroke and various organ diseases.
Corporate Health Checks
We offer more advanced health checks for businesses. This can be a great resource for employers who want to support their staff with their health and wellbeing.
This includes the standard health checks as well as blood sugar and blood cholesterol levels.
