East Ayrshire Leisure Trust has been evolving and expanding over recent years and in April ‘26, the new ambitious collective Ayrshire360 will launch. Much more than simply a name change, the new organisation heralds a unified vision committed to delivering outstanding opportunities for everyone across East Ayrshire. Openness, participation and community connection lies at the very heart of Ayrshire360 and our ambition to create £7million worth of additional jobs by 2030, demonstrates an unwavering commitment to local employment skills.

We are currently recruiting for our Board of Trustees who will support innovation and excellence, and we are particularly interested in hearing from those with skills and experience in Creative Activities who will represent the service area covering Arts Production, Museum & Arts, Palace Theatre & Concert Hall and Event Management.

We are also currently recruiting for the position of Chair who will lead and develop the Board, manage meetings, act as key advisor and liaison between the Board and Chief Officer/Executive Management Team.
