i-DANCE are delighted to invite you to join them in marking their recent 20^th anniversary. For over 20 years the company has provided unique opportunities to create special dance experiences for adults with learning disabilities from East Ayrshire. Our performances have never failed to delight, surprise and gather praise, with many excellent reviews. The company look forward to presenting i-DANCE CELEBRATES, a short season of events to mark this significant milestone.

i-DANCE CELEBRATES brings together a new collection of Medieval Portrait Banners of company members in beautiful medieval costumes made by Dean Castle Textile Team and a unique Tableaux Promenade Performance in the wonderful setting of Dean Castle. These new portrait displays and performances will be complemented by an i-DANCE CELEBRATES archive film and taster workshops in local community hub venues.

i-DANCE CELEBRATES is brought to you in partnership with East Ayrshire Leisure. We are thrilled to have the backdrop of Dean Castle, the magnificent fifteenth and sixteenth-century tapestries hanging in the Great Hall, in particular Betrothal Scene tapestry and the exquisite costumes from the EAL Textile Team to inspire our celebrations.
