Come along to our ‘Make do and mend’ inspired Christmas Crafting Event on the 6th of December at The Dick Institute! Visitors will have the opportunity to learn lots of simple festive crafts using recycled and sustainable materials. Textile experts from the Dean Castle Textile Team will lend a hand. This event is inspired by Malky McCormick, legendary local cartoonist, and his iconic yearly Christmas cards!

We will also have an amazing sales table full of fantastic gifts made by the Dean Castle Textile Team! This will be cash only.

The event is suitable for the whole family, with children and adult activities! Everyone is welcome - no need to book. Pop in from 11am to 3pm to join in with the festive fun!
