East Ayrshire Leisure Trust has been evolving and expanding over recent years and in April ‘26, the new ambitious collective Ayrshire360 will launch. Much more than simply a name change, the new organisation heralds a unified vision committed to delivering outstanding opportunities for everyone across East Ayrshire. Our ambition is to create £7million worth of additional jobs by 2030, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to local employment skills.

Whether your passion lies in sport & fitness; culture & the arts; hospitality; sustainability and the countryside, financial or HR services, marketing & comms, or you’re simply someone with a genuine interest in positively impacting on East Ayrshire residents and communities, we’d love to meet you.

When: Wed 4^th March 2026, from 2pm - 3.15am and 4pm - 5.15pm

Where: The Dick Institute, Elmbank Avenue, Kilmarnock KA1 3BU

We will have experienced staff on hand to guide you on application processes and interview preparation; this will run straight after each of the above sessions; from 3.20pm – 4pm and 5.20pm – 6pm
