Barony Sports Village
The Barony Sports Village boasts some of the finest sports and community facilities in the country including indoor sports halls, a dance studio, national standard rugby pitches and 2 synthetic grass pitches.
A new programme of fitness classes suitable for all fitness levels restarts in the New Year.
Monday
6-6.45pm BodyTone - A combination of body weight and weighted exercises are used to tone the full body and improve muscular endurance
Tuesday
6.00 - 6.45pm Circuits – A body conditioning class to improve strength, stamina and muscular endurance through resistance training and high intensity aerobics.
Wednesday
We've extended our popular Bootcamp 6.30 -7.30pm - includes lifestyle, menu and fitness advice.
