Darvel Town Hall
Darvel Town Hall is a magnificent ‘B Listed’ building which sits prominently on the Main Street in the centre of the village. The venue is well used by the local community and plays host to the prestigious Darvel Music Festival and Darvel Flower Show.
The facility has two good sized halls, various meeting rooms and kitchen facilities. It is an ideal venue for private functions, being widely used for weddings, dances and children's parties.
The venue has a Large Main Hall (including balcony) with seating capacity of 200 and 360 standing for concerts. There is also a fully equipped kitchen facility.Upstairs, the Lesser Hall has a raised stage, seating capacity of 50 and adjoining kitchen facilities.Public Meeting Rooms are also available.
The Town Hall has a local museum on the history of Darvel Lace industry and local artefacts, including a Covenanter's sword, that can be viewed on request or booked in advance.
