**We are currently operating our mobile service with one vehicle – this will mean that all of our mobile library customers will receive a reduced service for a temporary period.  The timetable will operate on a 4-weekly service rather than a fortnightly service whilst this is the case. There will be no service on 4th July. *You can renew your books at https://eastayrshireleisure.com/libraries/cat/ and borrow e-books and e-audio from Borrowbox using your library card.

Friends of the Dean

It’s easy to get more involved with what’s going on at Dean Castle Country Park.

If you love being outdoors whatever the weather, learning new skills and doing practical work, then being a Friend of the Dean could be the volunteer role for you. It's a great opportunity to make a difference by keeping the Park looking great & encouraging wildlife to flourish.

Help us make Dean Castle Country Park even better.

We want to keep you safe during any of our volunteering tasks. While the coronavirus pandemic continues, you will be asked to adhere to social distancing and other safety measures - we will send guidance on this before you attend. We ask that you book your sessions with the Friends of the Dean in advance by emailing Rangers@eastayrshireleisure.com

The Friends of the Dean will expand when Dean Castle reopens to cover a range of new roles. If you are interested in history, castles and museums, please watch this space for more details.
